Along with the candle, get a nice loaf of unsliced bread and a bottle of either wine or spring water, depending on what you like to drink. Take a moment to breathe. Then, light your candle and say: Ancestors near and far that only want good for me, come to me“ Then say what you want. Say a short prayer for their soul. Offer them food, water wine and place on a plate and thank them.
